When you book
Tell us what time you will arrive.
Before you arrive
We send you directions to the car park behind the house. You can’t drive to it from the square.
Check-in
From 16:00 to midnight, for the Street Apartment until 23:00. You park behind the house, free of charge.
Check-out
From 08:00 to 10:00.
House rules
- Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
- No smoking anywhere in the house.
- We do not accept hen parties, stag parties or similar.
- Bikes and sports gear go in the storage room at the house.

Before you come
Is parking really free?
Yes. The car park is behind the house and needs no booking.
How many guests can you take?
From 2 to 5 in one apartment, and 23 in all seven together. A larger group can take several apartments.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes, on request. It is paid separately. Tell us which airport and when you land.
How much does a stay cost?
It depends on the dates, the apartment and the number of guests. Ask us for the price for your dates.
During your stay
Is there a lift?
No. The upper apartments are reached by stairs, and Apartments 9 and 11 have stairs inside too. Atrij is on the ground floor.
Do the apartments have air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Yes, all of them. Wi-Fi is free.
Where do we buy food?
Shops, a bakery and restaurants are on the square and the streets nearby. Gostilna Sovdat is in the next house.
Where do bikes and gear go?
In the storage room at the house. For rafting, kayaking and bikes there are agencies on the square, one on the ground floor of our house.
